Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I’m always up for a little adventure. Travel within 25 miles of Metro Detroit is included, and I can provide a custom quote for locations beyond that.
Travel within 25 miles of Metro Detroit is included in all session packages (excluding mini sessions). For locations beyond that, a small travel fee is added to cover mileage and time. If you’re planning a shoot farther away or out of state, I’m happy to create a custom travel quote based on your location and session details.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Yes! You’re welcome to share your photos on social media, personal websites, and marketing materials, as long as they’re used for personal or business promotion (not resale).
I always appreciate a photo credit when posting on social platforms; it helps others find my work and means a lot!
What is your process for working with brands?
Every brand session starts with a conversation about your goals, audience, and the story you want your visuals to tell. From there, We'll create a custom mood board and shot list to guide the session’s look and feel. On shoot day, I focus on capturing both curated and candid moments that highlight your brand’s personality. Afterward, you’ll receive a gallery of high-resolution, edited images ready to use across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
What should I wear for my session?
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a pre-session planning guide with outfit inspiration, color tips, and what photographs best. I’m also happy to help you coordinate looks or review options before your shoot.
When will I receive my photos?
Your fully edited online gallery will be ready within four weeks of your session. From there, you can download, share, and print your images directly from the gallery.
Can I bring a friend, partner, or pet?
Absolutely. Sessions are all about making you feel comfortable and capturing what feels authentic to you. Feel free to bring someone (or your dog!) if it helps you relax and have fun. Just let me know ahead of your session so I can plan!
What happens if it rains or I need to reschedule?
No worries! I keep an eye on the weather and will reach out if it looks like we’ll need to reschedule. We’ll find a new date that works for both of us. Life happens, and I try to make the process as easy as possible.
Please note, all sessions include a $50 deposit that is non-refundable for cancellations.
Do you help with creative direction or planning sessions?
Yes! I guide every session from start to finish, helping you choose locations, outfits, and the overall vibe. My goal is to make you feel confident and relaxed in front of the camera while creating photos that feel like you. If you have ideas or inspiration, we’ll use them to make the session completely your own.
How would you describe your editing style?
My editing style is natural, warm, and true to color with a touch of softness. I love tones that feel timeless, not overly filtered or trendy, so your photos look just as beautiful years from now as they do today. I focus on enhancing light and color to make each image feel genuine and help you relive the moment.
Do you photograph weddings or elopements?
Yes! I take on a select number of intimate weddings and elopements each year. If you’re interested, include your date and location in the inquiry form, and I’ll share more details about my packages and travel availability.
