FAQ
What are your policies?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your session, I offer retakes. The retake session must include the same outfit, location, and concept of the original shoot.
I do not offer refunds and a 50% deposit is required before your session.
If you need to reschedule your shoot, please reach out to me. I am more than willing to reschedule shoots to a different time. Because of this, I require a non-refundable deposit before all shoots.
We want to include our dog into our photos, is that okay?
The great thing about me - I'll never say 'no' to dogs. Let me know when you initially reach out to book and I'd be more than happy to include your best friend in your session.
How long does it take to receive the photos after the session & how will those be delivered?
The first round of edits takes roughly 2-3 weeks, depending on your type of session. After you make your initial selections, I will begin retouching. Retouching typically takes 2-4 weeks once your selections have been confirmed.
You will be notified via email when your photos are ready. To download, you'll come here to my website! Under the "Clients" section is where you'll access your gallery and download your session.
What kind of gear do you use and do you have a studio?
I currently use a Canon DSLR. I also have studio equipment, including lighting and backdrops. However, if you'd like to shoot indoors, we will need to book a local studio space. This is not included in your price, but I'd be happy to locate a studio for your needs.
Can I customize my session?
Absolutely! When you reach out to book, let me know exactly what you're looking for. I'm happy to customize your session to your needs.
Need extra time? Each hour added to a session is an additional $50. If we go past the set time of a session, an additional hour will be added, so feel free to make the most of it!
NOTE | Please let me know ahead of time if you'd like customizations or extensions to your session. I cannot always accommodate day-of requests due to scheduling.
